Compensation
The expected pay range for this position is $17.78-$24.44 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Individual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
Work Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working in or managing a warehouse preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills required
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
- Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
