Warehouse WMS Coordinator
About the role
Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time WMS Coordinator in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Aid in supporting standard facility Key Performance Indicators (KPI) which consistently meet/exceed established goals in safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance
- Create and maintain daily dock schedules
- Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and updating load statuses
- Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure the work load is being distributed properly and evenly by managing WMS down to the floor
- Work closely with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve and problems with the day's orders
- Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports
- Perform other duties as required or assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years warehouse experience
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Working knowledge of WMS systems
- Forklift experience
- Equipment certification may be required, depending on location

Pay
Hourly Pay: $22.25 per hour
Additional Pay: $2.00 per hour
Schedule
Wednesday-Saturday 4pm-4am (Wednesdays are on half day rotations - 4pm-10pm one week and 10pm-4am the next week)
