Warehouse Technician - Logistics Fulfilment Team

About the role

This Warehouse Technician (Grade 005) position is part of the Logistics Fulfilment Team on the afternoon shift, Monday through Thursday, 4:30 pm to 3:00 am. The role is based in Canton, OH, with no relocation assistance available. It is an onsite position reporting to Cassie Kuemerle. This posting is for external candidates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain housekeeping standards in the warehouse.
• Participate in the Continuous Improvement program (TOS) and contribute ideas for process improvements.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.

Requirements

• Lift and move parts up to 75 lb unassisted; push/pull and slide parts up to 100 lb unassisted while maintaining quality and production standards in Receiving.
• Stoop, bend, twist, and reach into 48‑inch deep locations to pull or stock truck parts.
• Stand or walk for 100 % of the scheduled shift (except breaks and lunch).
• Safely operate or work near equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, pick trucks, propane‑powered lifts, battery‑changing equipment, electric carousels, conveyor lines, heavy‑duty pneumatic staple guns, compactors, and dock levelers.
• Operate stand‑up reach lifts (4,000 lb capacity) and man‑up order pickers (3,000 lb capacity, up to 22 ft height).
• Work flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lb frequently.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality.

Schedule

Afternoon shift, Monday–Thursday, 4:30 pm–3:00 am; onsite at Canton, OH facility.
