We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like AI & Hiring Disclosure, social media links, etc. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Let's extract sections:
- PROBLEM-SOLVING/KNOW HOW: (complexity of problems and education/experience & other knowledge required) ... This seems like Requirements/Qualifications.
- Attributes/Skills: list.
- Communications: list.
- Quality Procedures: list.
- Safety And EPA Compliance: list.
- Basic Function: description.
- Accountabilities: list of duties.
- Additional Information: includes company purpose, benefits description, etc.
- Benefits: list of benefits.
We need to map to headings: About the role (maybe Basic Function?), Responsibilities (Accountabilities?), Requirements (PROBLEM-SOLVING/KNOW HOW?), Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements?), Skills (Attributes/Skills, Communications, Quality Procedures, Safety?), Benefits (Benefits). Pay and Schedule not present, so omit.
We must not create sections with filler. So include only those with content.
We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent.

We'll produce sections:
About the role
maybe from Basic Function.
Responsibilities
from Accountabilities.
Requirements
from PROBLEM-SOLVING/KNOW HOW.
Skills
combine Attributes/Skills, Communications, Quality Procedures, Safety And EPA Compliance? Could separate but we can combine into Skills section with lists.
But we need to avoid thin sections; maybe better to have separate sections for each: Skills, Quality Procedures, Safety And EPA Compliance. However headings must be from allowed list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we cannot create headings like "Quality Procedures" or "Safety". So we must fit content into allowed headings.
Thus we can put Quality Procedures and Safety under Skills or maybe under Requirements? But they are not exactly requirements. Could put under Skills.
We also have Attributes/Skills and Communications which are skills.
Thus Skills section can contain all those bullet points.
Qualifications maybe separate from Requirements? Could combine but we have both headings allowed. We could put education/experience in Requirements, and certifications/preferred in Qualifications. But we need to avoid thin sections; but we can have both if they have content.
Let's extract:
PROBLEM-SOLVING/KNOW HOW includes:
- Must have a high school diploma or (GED) and at least three years' experience in a maintenance related field.
- A standard technical certificate or degree in a maintenance field preferred.

- Forklift experience/license is desired

- Must be able to devise solutions for complex problems.
- Must have the ability to set up and operate machine tools such as lathe, grinder, welding equipment, drill, jigs and fixtures, and various hand tools.
That's requirements/qualifications.
Attributes/Skills:
- Must have the ability to read and to interpret schematic diagrams and mechanical drawings.
- Must have the ability to learn computer applications as necessary for the position.

- Repairs and maintains physical structure of buildings.
- May install or assist in installing machinery and equipment.
- Interprets and complies with Company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Will initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Additional Information includes company purpose, benefits description, social media, AI disclosure. We need to keep substantive info: company purpose, benefits description (but we already have Benefits section). The Additional Information also includes "Our benefits are second to none..." which is benefits description; we will capture that in Benefits section.
We also have list of benefits: Medical and Dental (FastTek pays majority of the medical program), Vision, Personal Time Off (PTO) Program, Long Term Disability (100% paid), Life Insurance (100% paid), 401(k) with immediate vesting and 3% (of salary) dollar-for-dollar match, plus lucrative employee referral program and employee recognition culture. Also award info.
We'll put that in Benefits section.
We must not include social media links, AI disclosure, etc.
Now craft HTML.
We'll have sections:
About the role
Performs general maintenance tasks for interior and exterior of the facility.
Responsibilities
- ... each accountability as li
Requirements
- ... from PROBLEM-SOLVING/KNOW HOW
Qualifications
maybe we could put preferred technical certificate/degree etc. But we already included that in Requirements. Could split: Requirements = mandatory; Qualifications = preferred. Let's do: Requirements: mandatory items (high school diploma/GED, 3 years experience, computer operational skills, valid driver's license maybe required, forklift desired? Actually forklift desired is preferred. We'll decide. Qualifications: preferred items (technical certificate/degree, forklift experience/license, understanding of building systems, ability to devise solutions, ability to set up machine tools). But we need to avoid thin sections; but we have enough content. Alternatively, we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one Requirements section and omit Qualifications to avoid thin. But we have both headings allowed; we can include both if they have substantive content. Let's split: Requirements (mandatory): - Must have a high school diploma or (GED) and at least three years' experience in a maintenance related field. - Must possess computer operational skills as required by department. - May be required to have a valid driver's license. (maybe mandatory? It says may be required; we can keep as requirement.) - Must have the ability to read and to interpret schematic diagrams and mechanical drawings. (maybe skill) But that's skill. Better to keep Requirements as the PROBLEM-SOLVING/KNOW HOW block (all). Qualifications maybe empty? Not needed. Given instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe better to have only About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits. That's 5 sections. We can put all skill-related items under Skills. Thus:About the role
Performs general maintenance tasks for interior and exterior of the facility.
Responsibilities
- list of accountabilities
Requirements
- list from PROBLEM-SOLVING/KNOW HOW
Skills
- combine Attributes/Skills, Communications, Quality Procedures, Safety And EPA Compliance
Benefits
- list of benefits
