Warehouse Technician II
Summary
The Warehouse Technician II will support the West Point MRL Logistics Warehouse with responsibilities in Shipping, Transportation Management, Material Receipts, and Warehouse Operations. Adherence to regulatory, global, and site policies and procedures is critical.
Responsibilities
- Subject Matter Expert in cGMP and GDPUnderstand and apply regulatory/compliance requirements relative to the role
- Responsible for incoming material receipt, clinical site drug returns, and sample management.
- Receive, inspect, and store all warehouse stock.
- Execute sample collection activities.
- Process order management and material staging in support of packaging/labeling work centers.
- Cook emergency cold vault coverage.
- Ensure that all paperwork is properly executed.
- Interact with employees within own department as well as frequent interaction with employees from other groups/departments.
- Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required.
Qualifications
- Education Requirements: BA/BS Degree preferred
- Required: 4-5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office experience
- SAP Experience preferred
- cGMP experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience working with NOE’s/CAPA’s/Change Controls
- Experience working with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Solid ability to maintain accurate records
- Solid ability to maintain accurate records
- Knowledge of mathematics and analytics
- Ability to repetitively lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of CFR regulation
Preferred
- Ability to quickly learn new systems
- Knowledge of CFR regulation
