Duties and Responsibilities
- Conducts various tasks including asset pick-up, preparation and palletization for transport, and completion of requisite paperwork.
- Delivers and off-loads material, conducts inspections, sorts, and maintains accountability.
- Completes mandatory receipt documentation and schedules deliveries.
- Supports customers in shipping assets through third-party carriers or the ARMY Defense Tracking System (DTS).
- Tracks shipments and provides feedback to customers.
- Processes shipment discrepancies, returns, and outgoing shipments.
- Maintains records for accountability and audits.
- Supports the disposition of government-owned excess material, furniture, equipment, and scrap materials.
- Operates various trucks, forklifts, and tools to perform assigned logistics warehouse tasks.
- Supports tool crib and supply room duties, tracking tools and supplies according to ARMY Regulation.
- Supports excellence in customer service and builds professional relationships.
- Identifies and reports safety concerns to supervisor and other stakeholders.
- Provides and assists with required monthly data for reporting.
- Maintains administrative functions and paperwork in accordance with requirements.
- Maintains a clean and safe worksite and performs job duties attentively to detail.
- Supports the mission, vision, values, and goals of the US ARMY.
Qualifications
- Minimum of (2) Years of Warehouse Experience.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Active CLASS C Driver’s License.
- Possession of an (active) OSHA compliant Forklift Certification.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
- Primarily Mobile; Work environment includes an office or warehouse with possible truck settings and exposure to non-climate-controlled conditions.
- Manually move freight, stock, or other related materials.
- Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Works in bending and standing positions for extended periods and in various weather conditions.

Terms of Employment and Eligibility Requirements
- U.S. Citizen.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license without special restrictions.
- Passes a pre-employment drug screening and periodic retests.
- Background check must be successful.
- Security clearance must be obtained and maintained.
Rate of Pay/Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $21.59.
