Warehouse Technician
Prepare, pack, and stage equipment for transportation.
Assist with preparing and de-preparing tours and rental orders as needed.
Participate in loading and unloading trucks and equipment shipments.
Ensure all returns are processed in a timely manner.
Help coordinate equipment returns from receipt through quality control.
Verify the accuracy, quality, and completeness of returned equipment.
Prepare, fill, and receive orders in the R2 inventory system.
Ensure all required accessories are included with equipment orders.
Verify that cables and equipment are organized and counted for inventory accuracy before returning them to the appropriate department.
Perform cycle counts to help maintain inventory integrity.
Aid in maintaining inventory control procedures and best practices.
Communicate and assist departments in accounting for missing equipment or inventory discrepancies.
Keep the warehouse, prep bays, and work areas organized and clean.
Report damaged, missing, or malfunctioning equipment to the Warehouse Manager.
Report any warehouse hazards or safety concerns.
Assist in operational projects, changes, and moves as needed.
Follow quality standards as well as company and industry standards of preparation.
Profile
High School Diploma or GED.
No prior experience required.
Experience in a warehouse, logistics, customer service, or live event environment preferred.
Knowledge of inventory software is an asset.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an asset.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Ability to communicate information in a logical and clear manner.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong self-starter with the ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines.
Forklift certification is an asset.

Work Requirements
Time will be spent in a warehouse environment.
Environment may be fast paced and subject to hot/cold conditions.

About the Role
