The Mission: Dual Impact Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations & Inventory
- Receiving & Quality Control: Accurately receive and inspect incoming high-tech components, verifying them against purchase orders (POs) and packing slips.
- Kitting & Manufacturing Support: Execute precise material picking and staging for project kits and our Panel Fabrication shop, ensuring our field teams have exactly what they need to succeed.
- Logistics & Deliveries: Package and label outgoing shipments with professional care, coordinate with freight carriers, and handle direct material deliveries to local job sites to ensure uninterrupted project momentum.
- Inventory Integrity: Execute cycle counts and investigate discrepancies to maintain our elite 98% inventory accuracy target.
- Safety First: Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) while maintaining an organized, compliant environment.
- Procurement & Administrative Support
- PO Orchestration: Under the guidance of our Purchaser, you will track open orders, follow up on delivery dates, and confirm vendor acknowledgments to prevent project delays.
- Documentation & Vendor Liaison: Act as a critical bridge between Setpoint and our vendors to secure, review, and process all necessary documentation, efficiently resolving shipment issues, missing paperwork, or lead-time hurdles.
- Data Intelligence: Accurately update lead times, vendor info, and purchasing data within our ERP system.
- Strategic Admin: Support the processing of vendor quotes and invoices, maintaining the digital database that powers our purchasing strategy.

Required Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years in a distribution center, warehouse, or logistics environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word); experience with an ERP or Inventory Management System is a major plus.
- Physical Strength: Ability to frequently lift and move material up to 50 pounds.
- Certification: Forklift operator certification preferred (or willingness to obtain it immediately).
