Position Overview

We are hiring a Warehouse Technician to support our warehouse and production operations. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, dependable, and organized, with the ability to handle heavy materials and keep inventory flowing efficiently. You will play a key role in receiving, organizing, and moving materials that support our manufacturing team.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, inspect, and organize HVAC parts and equipment
• Operate forklifts and hoists to safely move materials between warehouse and production
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the system
• Auxiliary tasks include assisting with cycle counts and physical inventory
• Load and unload trucks and stage materials for production
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of warehouse or material handling experience (industrial preferred)
• Forklift experience required (certification is a plus or will be provided)
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
• Basic computer skills (inventory or warehouse systems experience is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
