Warehouse Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; and placing orders in the delivery area.
• Complete deliveries by driving trucks or vans to and from vendors and at times project sites.
• Maintain inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
• Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping floor, shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat and organized.
• Maintain clean shipping supply area, complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Complete reports by entering the required information.
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending education workshops, and reviewing publications.
• Maintain Warehouse and assist in keeping materials in vehicles organized.
• Maintains truck/van by scheduling preventive maintenance and arranging for repairs.
• Become CPR/First Aid Certified and maintain such certification.
• Maintain a current driver’s license and clean driving record to be able to drive company vehicles as might be needed.
• Maintain a clean record to be able to be cleared for access to Government Facilities that will require full background checks.
• Maintain close attention to detail.
• Always maintain collaborative and professional communications with PSS staff.
• Reliable and able to work up to 10 hours per day as needed.
• Able to lift and move heavy materials such as doors & frames.
• At times Weekend work is required.
