Warehouse Technician
About the role

As a Warehouse Technician, you will be responsible for loading, packing, and preparing building materials and components for shipments. Your work will play a critical part in ensuring our products are delivered safely, accurately, and on time to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate materials and parts are pulled and packed
- Handle accurate packaging
- Set up loads with precision
- Load material onto trailers efficiently
- Secure loads to ensure safe transportation
- Move items into staging areas in a neat and organized manner
Requirements
- Academic background of high school diploma or equivalent experience or G.E.D.
- Preferred warehouse experience
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to learn and identify parts quickly and accurately
- Proven track record to multitask and adapt to frequent changes or unexpected challenges
- Ability to operate equipment necessary for loading and warehouse processes (overhead cranes, fork trucks, etc.)
- Basic computer skills
Physical and Environmental Abilities
- Bend, squat down, climb, and reach above your head
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Work in various weather conditions and environments
