Warehouse Technician

About the role

FUJIFILM Electronic Materials, U.S.A., Inc., is seeking a Warehouse Technician at its Mesa, Arizona facility. This role is crucial for the operation of the company's chemical plant, focusing on the shipping and receiving of hazardous chemicals according to quality and ISO 45001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Select finished product from warehouse storage bins and place in staging areas.
• Load finished product on trucks for delivery; unload product delivered to Mesa.
• Place product that has been delivered or manufactured in appropriate storage bins for availability upon request.
• Operate Forklift, Yard Tractor, and trailer.
• Ensure that all shipping documentation (e.g., bills of lading, shipping orders or freight bills, etc.) required to move shipments is available for inspection and that appropriate paperwork accompanies shipment when delivered.
• Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all ISO standards and Operating Procedures to include Environmental Policies and Occupational Health and Safety Standards.
• Maintain excellent customer relations.
• Transfer product as requested to individual departments.
• Perform 5S housekeeping as required by SOP.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED required.
• 1 to 2 years of previous experience in Warehouse Dock Operations/Shipping required. 3 to 5 years of experience preferred.
• Must have a valid Arizona drivers’ license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift/push up to 101 pounds.
• Must be able to work additional hours above scheduled shift and some weekends.
• Forklift experience (stand up lift preferable).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well with others at all levels of the organization.
