Warehouse Technician
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include based on content.
We have About the role: could be introductory paragraph about company and role. Could combine with description. We'll include About the role with company description and role overview.
Responsibilities: list of duties.
Requirements: education/experience.
Skills: skills and abilities.
Pay: pay details.
Schedule: shift details.
Benefits: not specific, maybe omit.
Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements; but we have both Requirements and Qualifications sections. The posting has "EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:" and "SKILLS AND ABILITIES:" and also "OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:" which repeats. We could combine Requirements and Qualifications? But we need to avoid thin sections. Could make Requirements include education/experience, and Skills include abilities. Qualifications maybe redundant; we could omit Qualifications section.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Pay, Schedule.
Check if any other specifics: "Working for a family-owned company provides you with the opportunity to wear many different "hats," make a difference every day, and have fun doing it!" That's about role.
We must preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from posting.
