Warehouse Technician

About the role

Contract-to-hire position with an industrial distribution company. Fast-paced, growing team environment requiring adaptability to rapid change and the ability to perform well under pressure. Work involves both warehouse and outdoor yard settings.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and scan materials into inventory
• Read pick tickets and pull orders accurately
• Operate forklifts and other equipment (reach truck, order picker, sit-down)
• Perform shipping, receiving, stocking, and general warehouse duties
• Load/unload materials and maintain organization in the warehouse and yard

Requirements

• 1+ year of warehouse experience
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to read work orders and use basic inventory systems
• Comfortable working in warehouse and outdoor yard environments
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced setting
