About the role
We are seeking a Warehouse Technician to work Monday through Friday with rotating start times. The position also requires availability for occasional overtime and weekend shifts. Responsibilities
- Move finished product, raw materials, and packaging within the warehouse
- Receive and ship materials in and out of the warehouse
- Handle packaging and recycled dunnage
- Package material into sample boxes
- Operate the baler and transloading equipment
- Work with SAP to ship, receive, and move materials to ensure accurate inventory
- Load and unload trailers, bulk trucks, railcars, and overseas shipping containers
- Safely operate forklifts, stretch wrappers, and other warehouse equipment
- Move, store, stage, weigh, and mix materials as needed
- Label, repackage, sort, and recycle materials, including customer samples
- Complete shipping/receiving documentation and record material movements in SAP
- Coordinate material movements with third-party logistics providers
- Assist with customer complaint follow-up and root cause investigations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and perform light maintenance
- Support general warehouse and material-handling activities as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Ability to be forklift certified (company certifies on-the-job)
- Ability to work rotating start times, Monday through Friday with occasional overtime and weekend shift capability
Required Skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Comfort working with computers and SAP
- Strong interpersonal abilities to manage communications with customers, internal partners, and third-party logistics carriers
- Forklift experience preferred
Work Environment / Physical Demands
- Standing and walking continuously
- Working at heights up to 20 feet
- Working in a fall arrest harness while climbing ladders on trailers
- Sitting and operating a forklift for extended periods of time
- Lifting/carrying 20–50 lbs frequently
- Lifting/carrying 50–100 lbs with assistance occasionally
- Reaching and bending frequently
- Pushing/pulling occasionally
- Working outdoors in all environments

Pay
Starting pay $22.00 per hour plus $1.00 shift premium.
