24Restore Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Overtime Available About The Position We are looking for a dependable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse Tech to support our water and fire restoration operations. This position is responsible for keeping equipment, materials, and the warehouse organized and ready for our field teams. You will also deliver and pick up equipment, prepare materials for jobs, assist subcontractors with warehouse needs, and maintain accurate inventory. This is an important position within our operation. The right person needs to be someone who shows up, pays attention, follows instructions, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and gets the job done without constant supervision. Key ResponsibilitiesField & Material Support Deliver and pick up restoration equipment and materials from job sites, vendors, and the warehouseTransport equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers, extraction equipment, containment materials, and other restoration suppliesLoad and unload equipment and materials safelyStage equipment and materials at job sites according to project needsAssist with basic equipment setup when neededCoordinate with Project Managers and Technicians regarding material and equipment needs Warehouse & Inventory Maintain an organized, clean, and functional warehousePerform routine inventory checks and help maintain accurate inventory recordsTrack equipment and materials coming into and leaving the warehouseVerify equipment and materials being picked up and returnedEnsure returned equipment is cleaned, inspected, and properly storedIdentify and report missing, damaged, or malfunctioning equipmentMake sure commonly needed materials and supplies are properly stockedHelp identify inventory shortages before they become a problem Subcontractor Support Assist subcontractors with picking up and returning materials and equipmentVerify materials and equipment being released from the warehouseHelp subcontractors locate and obtain the materials needed for their workMaintain accurate records of materials and equipment being checked out and returnedCommunicate any discrepancies or issues to management General Operations Assist with vehicle loading and unloadingKeep warehouse areas, equipment, and work areas clean and organizedFollow company safety procedures and established warehouse processesAssist with emergency-response needs and large-loss projects when required What We're Looking For Dependable and consistently arrives on timeFollows written and verbal instructionsPays close attention to detailsIs organized and able to keep track of multiple items and responsibilitiesCan work independently after trainingTakes ownership of their workCommunicates clearly with coworkers, Project Managers, Technicians, vendors, and subcontractorsUnderstands the importance of accurate inventoryIs comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentIs willing to do whatever is needed to keep the operation movingHas a positive attitude and a strong work ethicUnderstands that safety procedures and company processes must be followed We are not looking for someone who needs constant supervision or has difficulty following basic instructions. Qualifications Valid driver's license with acceptable driving recordAbility to lift, carry, load, and move 50+ lbsAbility to work on your feet for extended periodsWarehouse, restoration, construction, logistics, or equipment-handling experience preferredFamiliarity with restoration equipment is a plusBasic mechanical or equipment-handling knowledge is a plusMust be comfortable working in emergency-response environmentsMust be willing to work overtime when needed during large losses or emergency situations Work Environment This is a hands-on, field-and-warehouse position. The position requires frequent driving, lifting, bending, standing, loading, unloading, and moving equipment and materials. Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Overtime is available and may be required during large losses, emergency response situations, or periods of increased workload.
