About the role
Member of the Sourcing Department at Cumberland Mine responsible for receiving and issuing material and assisting the Warehouse Supervisor in operating and maintaining a safe and clean work area. This position assists mine management in fulfilling all of their daily needs, including handling emergency purchases during other than normal business hours.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing open warehouse requisitions
- Resolving packing slips and quantity discrepancies
- Cycle counting
- Handling emergency purchases for mine operations
Requirements
- Computer skills
- Knowledge of Material Management Systems
- Ability to operate a forklift
Schedule
Afternoon shift: 4 PM – 12 AM. Successful candidate must be able to fill in for illness and vacations when necessary.
