Warehouse Supply Supervisor

About the role

This position will support warehouse operations and logistics in the areas of inventory management, stock control, shipping and receiving. The Warehouse Supply Supervisor will be primarily responsible for the management of IT assets including laptops, desktops and peripherals, and will have additional supervisory responsibilities for a small team.

Responsibilities

• Perform limited aspects of technical supply management work, such as inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization
• Support government clients in supplying and receiving IT assets in a timely manner, including tracking assets both physically and digitally
• Lead and manage a small team of individuals in a warehouse environment
• Ensure smooth and consistent supply chain logistics, including overseeing the shipping and receiving of materials, including IT assets

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Experience with spreadsheets (Excel) and/or inventory management systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and handheld scanners
• Warehouse experience, including shipping/receiving, inventory control and management, and experience with forklifts
• Able to obtain a Security Clearance, which includes a background investigation and a credit check

Qualifications

Candidates should have experience with inventory control and data entry, as well as warehouse experience, including shipping/receiving, inventory control and management, and experience with forklifts.

Pay

$39.97 per hour, plus $5.09 per hour in Health & Welfare benefit

Schedule

On-site in Springfield, VA, Monday through Friday, First Shift, 7:30am – 4:00pm, full-time (40 hours per week)
