Description
The Warehouse Supervisor, Training & Inventory Operations is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations with a strong focus on employee training, inventory accuracy, and process improvement. This role ensures operational efficiency, safety compliance, and inventory integrity while developing a high-performing warehouse team through structured onboarding, coaching, and ongoing skills development. This role requires operational strength, passion for developing people, systems and process improvements, and maintaining best-in-class inventory control processes.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Works with management to supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and replenishment.
- Ensures workflow efficiency, accuracy, and on-time order fulfillment.
- Maintains compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Develops and implements structured onboarding programs for new warehouse associates.
- Conducts ongoing skills training in equipment operation, safety procedures, systems usage, and SOP compliance.
- Identifies performance gaps and provides coaching and corrective training as needed.
- Maintains training documentation and certification records with the Safety Manager.
- Oversees inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processes.
- Investigates and resolves inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintains accurate records in warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP).
- Develops and improves inventory control procedures to reduce shrink and improve accuracy.
- Ensures proper storage, labeling, and stock rotation practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and warehouse management systems.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and warehouse systems.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Exposure to warehouse conditions including temperature variables. It can be very hot in summer and cold in winter.
