Warehouse Supervisor (SAP)

Role summary

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a long-term position. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and supervising warehouse personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations and inventory management
• Manage shipping and receiving processes
• Supervise warehouse personnel
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse best practices
• Utilize SAP systems for operational management

Requirements – education & experience

• U.S. Citizen
• Must reside in El Paso, TX
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and supervising warehouse personnel

Required skills

• Proficient in SAP (mandatory)
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes, safety regulations, and warehouse best practices
• Leadership skills and effective communication
• Results-driven mindset
• Willingness to continue learning new things

Nice-to-have / preferred skills

• Experience in manufacturing or international logistics environments
• Certifications in material handling or ERP systems

Location: El Paso, Texas
Employment Type: Long-term
Hours: Work periods should be limited to 48 hours per week, provided that operations remain under control. Additional hours may be required based on operational requirements and workflow demands.
Travel: Candidates must be flexible and available to travel if needed, including potential training in Chihuahua City, Mexico. A valid passport is required.
