Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Hans-Mill Corp. is a growing manufacturing company specializing in plastic injection molding and e-commerce distribution. We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee shipping, receiving, and e-commerce fulfillment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, inventory, fulfillment)
• Management and supervision of warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance
• Ensuring timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments
• Overseeing e-commerce fulfillment (pick, pack, ship and return processing) and meeting order deadlines
• Maintaining accurate inventory levels and conducting regular cycle counts
• Cooking with production and purchasing teams to align inventory needs
• Implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and warehouse best practices

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory
• Familiarity with e-commerce order fulfillment
• Experience with Walmart Retail Link and other grocery distributor systems is highly preferred
• Comfortable working in a hands-on role (not office-only)
• Forklift experience preferred
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of Chinese language preferred
