Warehouse Supervisor (NV)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving
• Monitor workflow to ensure productivity, accuracy, and on-time order fulfillment
• Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper documentation
• Collaborate with other distribution centers and Benco departments to resolve issues and maintain consistent operations
• Create and maintain required reports used by Warehouse and Operations teams
• Analyze performance metrics and assist with the implementation and follow-up of any Quality / LEAN / Continuous Improvement process improvements
• Manage staffing schedules, attendance, and labor planning
• Recruit, select, orient, train, and manage employees
• Coach/train associates - document, practice constructive/progressive discipline, perform performance reviews, conduct meetings and touch points

Requirements

• Associates degree in Business or related field or equivalent education/experience
• 2-5 years of warehouse or distribution experience
• 1-2 years in a supervisory role preferred
• Experience with Infor systems preferred
• Knowledge of warehouse management system (WMS), inventory control practices, and Continuous Improvement/Quality Systems
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Available for travel (estimated 10%)

Qualifications

The minimum base pay of $60,000.00/annually represents the low end of the hiring salary range for applicants that meet the minimum qualifications. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
