About the role

KanPak® is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and shipping operations while maintaining the highest standards for safety, quality, inventory control, and team performance. This role plays a critical part in supporting production, meeting customer requirements, and driving continuous improvement across warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

  • Cooking activities and operations to meet objectives for quality, food safety, regulatory compliance, cost, safety, and customer satisfaction at KanPak.
  • Participating in formulating and administering division's short- and long-range goals and objectives for business growth.
  • Leading and coordinating daily warehouse and shipping operations to ensure customer orders are received, scheduled, produced, and loaded accurately, on time, and at the lowest possible cost.
  • Scheduling shifts and assigning tasks based on workload and staffing needs.
  • Monitoring employee attendance and punctuality; addressing issues promptly and fairly in accordance with company policies.
  • Communicating effectively with Production and Quality teams regarding quality, inventory, or production issues.
  • Cooking load out schedules with internal distribution teams and external carriers to support on-time shipments and receiving.
  • Maintaining a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment in compliance with company policies and all state and federal regulations.
  • Ensuring full adherence to quality assurance standards, including good housekeeping and overall cleanliness of products and work areas.
  • Monitoring cooler inventory daily to ensure proper rotation, coding accuracy, and full traceability.
  • Ensuring all inventory transactions—including shipments, donations, losses, and damages—are recorded accurately and timely.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Associate’s degree (required)
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing environments
  • Ability to complete OSHA 10 certification within 30 days of employment
  • Specialized training or certification in Warehouse Supervision or Operations
  • Experience working in food manufacturing or aseptic processing environments

The Schedule & Setting

Shift: Sun - Thurs 7pm - 3am
Work performed in a warehouse environment with material handling, forklift operation, and frequent physical activity
