Responsibilities

Develop your leadership skills and warehouse knowledge through an 18‑month rotational program across inbound, outbound and warehouse support teams.
Coach and develop warehouse teams, working alongside employees to drive accuracy, safety and productivity.
Build your operational expertise and earn warehouse equipment certifications.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3+ years of leadership experience managing teams in a fast‑paced warehouse management environment.
Frequently move packages weighing up to 50–70 lbs.
Forklift certification and reach truck driving experience preferred.

Pay

$28–$35 per hour with significant growth and earning potential. Includes a $2 shift differential.

Schedule

Sunday – Thursday, 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM.
