Warehouse Supervisor, Mid/Night Shift

Responsibilities
- Assist overseeing operation of warehouse duties in receiving, warehousing, and distribution.
- Aid in route planning and system entry with Delivery Manager.
- Coordinate and enforce programs, operational/personnel policies, and procedures.
- Practice controls of inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
- Aid in managing physical condition of warehouse through regular cleaning and helping implement planned new design layouts.
- Inspect equipment; issue work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
- Schedule and assign employees, follow up on work results.
- Manage warehouse staff by assisting in the recruitment process, including selection, orientation, and training.
- Coach warehouse staff job results through positive counseling. Administer discipline to employees, plan, monitor, and appraise job results.
- Handle payroll/timecard maintenance and approval.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or comparable experience.
- 3+ years of previous management experience in Warehouse/Distribution environment.
- Strong computer skills. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Previous WMS experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, versatility, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Must be flexible to work multiple shifts.
Pay and Benefits
Pay: $60-70k annual salary, DOE
