Warehouse Supervisor, Mid/Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Assist overseeing operation of warehouse duties in receiving, warehousing, and distribution.
• Aid in route planning and system entry with Delivery Manager.
• Coordinate and enforce programs, operational/personnel policies, and procedures.
• Practice controls of inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
• Aid in managing physical condition of warehouse through regular cleaning and helping implement planned new design layouts.
• Inspect equipment; issue work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Schedule and assign employees, follow up on work results.
• Manage warehouse staff by assisting in the recruitment process, including selection, orientation, and training.
• Coach warehouse staff job results through positive counseling. Administer discipline to employees, plan, monitor, and appraise job results.
• Handle payroll/timecard maintenance and approval.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or comparable experience.
• 3+ years of previous management experience in Warehouse/Distribution environment.
• Strong computer skills. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Previous WMS experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, versatility, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Must be flexible to work multiple shifts.

Pay and Benefits

Pay: $60-70k annual salary, DOE
