Warehouse Supervisor, Mid/Night Shift

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Oversee the fulfillment process to ensure proper order filling and item receipt.
• Focus on employee retention and development, safety, and customer-driven initiatives.
• Hands-on role requiring high presence on the Warehouse Floor (80% of time).
• Work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility in scheduling.
• Assist with warehouse operations including receiving, warehousing, and distribution.
• Coordinate route planning and system entry with the Delivery Manager.
• Enforce warehouse policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory levels through physical counts and reconciliations.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and implement new design layouts.
• Inspect and issue work orders for repairs and replacements.
• Schedule and assign employees, follow up on work results, and manage staff recruitment.
• Coach warehouse staff on job performance through positive counseling.
• Administer discipline and plan, monitor, and appraise job results.
• Contribute to payroll/timecard maintenance and approval.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or comparable experience.
• 3+ years of previous management experience in Warehouse/Distribution environment.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Previous WMS experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, versatility, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team member and be flexible to work multiple shifts.

Pay and Benefits

$60-70k annual salary, DOE. Strong Benefits Package includes Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, HSA, 401k/401k Match, Parental Leave, PTO, Paid Holidays, and short & long-term disability.

Qualifications

Candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen; criminal background check and a post-offer physical (if applicable).
