Responsibilities
NFM’s Warehouse Supervisor II will coordinate with staff to accomplish ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, displaying, and shipping. This person will also be responsible for supplies, tools, equipment, and parts in the warehouse and/or sales floor.
- Monitor: Understand workload priorities and direct movement of all products to meet customer needs.
- Manage: Coach, train, hire, and support staff. Provide regular feedback and recognition. Hold staff accountable for fulfilling their key responsibilities and goals satisfactorily.
- Plan: Develop agendas, conduct monthly staff meetings, control expenses/turnover, and meet goals.
- Punctuality: Apply the attendance policy to scheduled training events just as it is applied to regular work schedules.
- Safety: Ensure machines/equipment are properly utilized and immediately correct inappropriate operating behaviors.
- Teamwork: Perform duties of supervised staff to assist in meeting deadlines and/or to fill in when short-staffed.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
- 2 years of warehouse experience.
- Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record preferred.
- PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access preferred.
- Ability to work night, weekend, and/or early morning hours based on business needs.
Pay
Pay Range: $57,566 - $71,382 annually
Schedule
The scheduled hours for the role are 2nd shift, working Mondays and Thursdays through Sundays from 12:30-9:30 PM, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays OFF!
