Warehouse Supervisor- Ford Amphitheater
Job Responsibilities
- Captures and assigns tasks to achieve optimal use of personnel and equipment
- Maintains inventory and assists in establishing inventory levels based on usage and demand
- Accepts incoming shipments and packages from various carriers and updates tracking systems for distribution
- Verifies the accuracy and quality of incoming deliveries against the product order and rejects any defective items
- Supervises warehouse operations to ensure security and upkeep
- Trains warehouse employees on warehouse practices to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Assists in ordering from site vendors and advises management on necessary supplies
- Loads, unloads, and transports products and materials between different areas of the warehouse and client locations
- Maintains cleanliness, organization, and equipment maintenance of work areas
- Completes administrative duties such as inventory count documents, temperature and spoilage logs, and equipment inspections
Qualifications
- At least 21 years old
- 3-5 years of experience in a shipping/receiving supervisory role
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and carry objects up to 35 lbs.
- Manual dexterity for operating machinery
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Some client locations may require a valid driver's license

Pay and Schedule
The hourly rate for this position is $25.00 to $25.00. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. Compensation data is provided for informational purposes only and does not guarantee the actual compensation offered.
Schedule
Ability to work evenings, holidays, and special events may be required. Ability to work every game day is required unless time off is approved in advance.
