Warehouse Supervisor & EHS

About the role
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for directing and overseeing all warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and team performance. This position also leads Environmental Facilities Health & Safety (EHS) compliance for the Orlando, Florida facility and oversees daily maintenance and efficiency of company facilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling.
- Work alongside warehouse staff to complete tasks, demonstrating proper procedures and maintaining productivity standards; adjust daily work duties based on operational needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, enforcing safety protocols and addressing hazards promptly.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying operational issues and recommending process enhancements.
- Communicate effectively with management, purchasing, planning, and production teams to coordinate material flow and resolve issues.
- Lead, train, and mentor team members to ensure consistent performance, accuracy, and adherence to company policies.
- Pull materials for production orders and ensure timely availability for manufacturing needs.
- Update material locations and inventory records within Costpoint.
- Process inventory project transfers and maintain proper traceability.
- Issue replacement materials in accordance with NC (nonconformance) dispositions.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee EHS activities for manufacturing operations, including RF testing, operations, and hazardous materials handling.
- Collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams to implement safe work practices.
- Coordinate and deliver EHS training programs for employees and contractors.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses, and communicate lessons learned.
- Engage employees in safety committees and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Track and report EHS performance metrics (lagging and leading indicators) to site leadership.
- Drive reduction in recordable incidents and environmental non-compliance events.
- Support office moves, repairs, and renovations.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness.
- Oversee preventative maintenance of equipment, electrical, HVAC, and facilities.
- Lead and supervise the warehouse team.
Requirements
- Must have ERP/MRP transaction experience and Excel proficiency.
- Working knowledge of EHS and OSHA regulations.
- Familiarity with hazardous materials management, ergonomics, and radiation safety.
- CSP, CIH, CFM, FMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- High School diploma required.

- Proficiency in MS Windows, Excel, and MRP/ERP systems (Costpoint, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Pay
The pay range reflects the expected base salary for this position. Final compensation will be based on role, level, skills, experience, and geographic location.
