Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of training warehouse personnel in equipment, protocol, and systems.
- Audit the work of warehouse personnel for accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
- Coordinate daily orders and distribute to warehouse personnel.
- Communicate with incoming carriers and ensure loading/unloading information is accurate.
- Assist with problem resolution and maintain an open-door policy for communication.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks.
- Monitor and address safety, damage, and shrinkage issues.
- Support other departments and assist with training staff on key warehouse functions.
Min. Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of direct warehouse experience.
- GED or High School Diploma preferred.
- Ability to operate all PIT equipment (forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks).
