Warehouse Supervisor- 3rd shift
About the role
Be a vital player for one of the largest and most recognizable names in Logistics, Transportation, Fleet Maintenance and Supply Chain Services in the World! We are immediately hiring a 3rd shift Warehouse Supervisor in Hagerstown, MD for our Supply Chain Solutions division.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a supervisor, coordinator, and overseer of logistics operations.
- Plan and review logistics processes in collaboration with the Logistics Manager to ensure they meet company standards and customer service specifications.
- Create and enforce work schedules and procedures to coordinate activities of workers for optimal shift/team logistics.
- Ensure team members are performing to standard and drive progress towards achieving business objectives.
- Maintain a diverse and inclusive team environment and foster cooperation through initiatives and opportunities.
- Mentor and develop team members through performance evaluations and award/reward recommendations.
- Handle performance issues through corrective actions and disciplinary processes.
- Understand and adhere to labor agreements and maintain positive labor relations with all employees.

Qualifications
- H.S. diploma/GED required.
- One (1) year or more experience in transportation, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred.
- One (1) year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
- DOT Regulated No.

Pay
Annual Salary Pay: $60,000 - $65,000 per year based on experience.
Schedule
3rd shift: Sunday - Thursday 10:00 pm – 8:00 am
