KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain inventory tracking systems to increase manufacturing throughput and improve stock accuracy.
- Oversee receiving, cycle count activities, and monthend inventory to ensure physical inventories reconcile with system records (SAP).
- Train all new warehouse employees and assess ongoing training needs based on performance.
- Cover attendance shortages by coordinating staffing requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate materials transferred to and from the warehouse, including interdepartmental transfers.
- Ensure stock is stored in correct warehouse locations, and dock storage areas are organized.
- Manage the flow of finished products from production areas and oversee disposition of damaged or used materials.
- Enforce operating procedures, safety policies, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor and report highcost repairs and coordinate equipment maintenance with vendors and forklift mechanics.
- Act as SuperUser (Advanced Team Member) for the Warehouse WMS system.
- Ensure clean, orderly, and safe warehouse operations at all times.
- Participate in planning for personnel safety and plant protection.
- Report significant issues and risks to management.
- Review, approve, and ensure the accuracy of employee timecards for direct reports in accordance with company policies and payroll deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- 4 years in a supervisory or similar leadership role.
- Experience managing teams and projects.
- Fluency in English is required, Spanish a plus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Primarily in a manufacturing and production environment within a beverage manufacturing facility.
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts, automated and manual production equipment, wet or humid conditions, temperature variations, and moderate to high noise levels.
- May require working on elevated work surfaces, platforms, ladders, or stairs, and in or around confined or restricted spaces.
- Requires appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and must be worn at all times while on the production floor or in designated work areas.
- Regularly stands, walks, bends, reaches, climbs, balances, pushes, pulls, uses hands and arms to operate machinery, tools, and equipment.
- Requires lifting and/or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance.
- Work schedules may include extended shifts, overtime, weekends, and/or holidays based on production demands.
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs., use ladders and step stools, understand and clearly convey information in writing, interpret written instructions and jobrelated documents, listen attentively and respond appropriately, and abide by company values.
