What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Lead a small team (three to five people) in loading trucks, moving inventory, and maintaining smooth warehousing procedures
• Ensure your team completes accurate work while following safety procedures and industry regulations
• Print and separate tickets
• Oversee order picking and inventory packing, ensuring trucks are loaded on time
• Oversee accurate furniture assembly
• Communicate and collaborate with the warehouse manager to address concerns and resolve issues
• Train staff and help them improve
• Communicate with 3rd-shift employees, the distribution manager, and HR staff
• Handle other inventory and warehousing responsibilities as needed

We're Looking For Someone Who...

• A current and valid driver's license
• Outstanding English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Working knowledge of Pegasus and AX software
• Strong mathematical skills
• Can pay attention to detail and complete accurate, thorough work
• Can prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Regularly lift and move 75+ lbs.
