Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate records for inventory, shipments, and material moving throughout the warehouse.
- Oversee the safe operation and maintenance of forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and other material handling equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to optimize workflow and maximize efficiency.
- Train, develop, and evaluate shipping and receiving staff; promote a culture of safety, positive engagement, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Aceess to a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc).
Qualifications
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
SkillsKnowledge of using an ERP system and basic computer skills.

Pay
The compensation range for this role is $80000 - $95000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
Schedule
This role will be located in Wood Dale, Illinois, and will be onsite.
