About the role
The Warehouse Supervisor oversees distribution functions supporting Honda and Acura dealer networks for automobile, motorcycle, and power equipment parts.
Responsibilities
- Planning and scheduling production activities
- Staffing and developing operations team
- Implementing quality control measures
- Enhancing operational efficiency and productivity
- Managing employee relations and facility equipment
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of three years in a related field with increasing responsibility
- Leadership or supervisory experience required; exceptional performance may compensate for limited supervisory background
- Strong project management skills; knowledge of automotive, motorcycle, and power equipment lines a plus
- Ability to develop and lead associates
