Warehouse Supervisor

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

• Captures and assigns daily work tasks to self and warehouse personnel.
• Monitors and directs the performance of warehouse personnel.
• Collaborates with the warehouse team to develop strategies for operational efficiency.
• Manages inventory transactions using the inventory management software.
• Develops and implements processes to optimize inventory movement and control.
• Maintains a safe work environment by enforcing safety policies and conducting regular safety meetings.
• Promotes a clean and organized warehouse space.

Position Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Thorough understanding of material management processes and systems.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Physical stamina to stand or walk on concrete surfaces for up to 8 hours.
• Exceptional organizational abilities.
