Responsibilities

• Execute building open and close procedures including warehouse and inbound yard walks to verify physical security
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including package receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch to ensure smooth and on-time execution
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections to verify equipment, supplies, and tools are properly stocked and accounted for
• Lead pre-shift and mid-shift team meetings covering stretching, SLA performance, delivery behavior review, and vehicle inspection accountability
• Communicate daily goals and assign job duties across drivers, associates, and contractors
• Allocate labor across operational areas based on volume, staffing availability, and daily priorities
• Independently assess associate and driver performance and production rates, providing timely direct feedback during shifts
