Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse team members to meet productivity and quality standards
• Resolve shipping errors, inventory discrepancies, and damaged goods promptly
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports on performance, productivity, and attendance
• Support process improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs
• Cookordination and communicate daily workload with team members and departments

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role in a warehouse or logistics setting
• Skills: Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety practices; Proficient in warehouse management systems; Oracle and/or ASC experience preferred
• Personality Traits: Strong leadership and communication skills; Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple priorities; Detail-oriented and results-driven; Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
