Responsibilities
- Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members
- Schedule warehouse team members to meet the demands of the facility
- Allocate necessary space for stock rotation
- Auxiliary inventory management and product loss control
- Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable
- Secure company assets
- Manage within labor and OPEX budget
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma (or GED) required and Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2-4 years warehouse/inventory experience required
- 2-4 years supervising warehouse staff required
- Experience managing budget required
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office programs
- Proficient with SAP or similar MRP programs
- Able to lead front-line employees effectively - may be in a unionized environment
- Able to handle conflict
- Able to operate a manual/powered pallet jack required
- Able to lift product (up to 50lb) frequently and repetitively required
