Responsibilities
- Own daily execution and performance results for assigned vertical
- Responsible for allocating labor and adjusting staffing within assigned area based on daily priorities
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time
- Manage workflow across assigned functions (picking, packing, shipping, and/or receiving)
- Supports a multi-channel environment and may be reassigned based on daily operational priorities
- Adjust staffing and priorities in real time based on volume and service level needs
- Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse associates on the floor
