About the role

Sodexo InReach is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for their Hagerstown, MD branch. The primary responsibilities include overseeing warehousing operations, managing staff, and ensuring efficient inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, scheduling, and staffing as needed.
• Maintain and monitor procedures for warehousing, distribution, and financial forecasting to meet production and distribution needs.
• Direct activities to limit costs and improve accuracy, safety, and customer service.
• Ensure FIFO processes with shipping and receiving duties and conduct daily cycle counts.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse leadership.
• Strong task management and organizational skills.
• Ability to solve problems and manage multiple priorities.
• Solid technical skills in Microsoft Word & Excel (Intermediate level).
