About the role
We are seeking a proactive, hands-on leader to manage daily warehouse operations and ensure our teams have the equipment, materials, and resources needed to succeed. This role oversees inventory control, fleet coordination, facility upkeep, and safety compliance while helping maintain the operational readiness that drives our business forward.
Responsibilities
- Lead Warehouse Operations: Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse, yard, and storage areas
- Manage Inventory: Track equipment and consumables, oversee shipping and receiving, and ensure crews have the supplies they need
- Support Fleet Readiness: Coordinate vehicle maintenance, maintain service records, and ensure company vehicles remain clean and operational
- Maintain Equipment: Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and track restoration equipment to maximize uptime
- Drive Safety & Compliance: Enforce warehouse safety procedures, maintain a safe work environment, and ensure proper use of equipment and PPE
- Support Operations: Assist field teams with equipment deliveries, job site support, and other operational needs as required
Requirements
- Warehouse Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or a related leadership role
- Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment and vehicles
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively with technicians, supervisors, vendors, and management
- Valid Driver's License: Clean driving record and reliable transportation required
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment
- Leadership Mindset: Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to maintaining high operational standards
