Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing logistics operations, providing coaching and training to staff, and ensuring KPIs are met. This role works closely with the Logistics Manager and collaborates with customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and oversee logistics operations
• Plan and review logistics processes to meet company standards and customer service specifications
• Establish work schedules and procedures for workers
• Maintain site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Monitor progress towards objectives, coach team members, and recognize successes
• Cultivate team spirit and diversity initiatives
• Carry out performance evaluations and recommend rewards and increases
• Address performance issues through corrective actions and disciplinary processes
• Understand and adhere to labor agreements and maintain positive labor relations
• Implement health and safety initiatives and practices

Requirements

• H.S. diploma/GED required
• One (1) year or more experience in transportation, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred
• One (1) year direct supervisory/leadership experience required

Pay

Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
Annual Salary Pay: $60,000 - $65,000 per year based on experience

Schedule

Monday-Friday 08:00am-04:30pm (must be flexible)
