Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are immediately hiring a 3rd shift Warehouse Supervisor in Hazelwood, MO for our Supply Chain Solutions division.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations
• Plan and review logistics processes, ensuring they meet company standards and customer service specifications
• Establish work schedules and procedures, coordinating activities of workers to ensure optimal shift/team logistics
• Accountable for site Key Performance Indications (KPI)
• Meet regularly with team members to monitor progress, track performance, coach, counsel, and recognize team and individual successes
• Cultivate team spirit with a Diversity and Inclusion initiative and promote cooperation by seeking opportunities to improve internal processes
• Carry out performance evaluations of the team members and recommend performance awards and/or merit increases when appropriate
• Address performance problems through corrective action and disciplinary process
• Understand labor agreement and maintain positive labor relations with all employees
• Responsible for implementation of health & safety and security initiatives, practices, and behaviors and adherence to company rules and policies
• Provide appropriate orientation for employees and Lead Hands, giving them the information, technology, and any material necessary to perform their jobs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• H.S. diploma/GED required
• One (1) year or more experience in transportation, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred
• One (1) year direct supervisory/leadership experience required

Pay

Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
Minimum Pay Range: $65,000
Maximum Pay Range: $70,000

Schedule

Monday through Friday from 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM with flexibility to work additional hours or days if needed to support business needs
