Warehouse Supervisor

Under the responsibility of the Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor supervises, coordinates, and oversees logistics operations while providing coaching, development, and training to staff. The role involves recommending improvements to facility processes, equipment, and machinery, ensuring staff performance meets standards, and driving progress toward business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes in collaboration with the Logistics Manager to meet company standards and customer service specifications.
• Establish work schedules and procedures, coordinating worker activities to ensure optimal shift/team logistics.
• Accountable for site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with customers on all aspects of operations.
• Meet regularly with team members to monitor progress, track performance, coach, counsel, and recognize successes.
• Cultivate team spirit through Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and promote cooperation by improving internal processes.
• Conduct performance evaluations, recommend performance awards, merit increases, and address performance issues through corrective action or disciplinary processes.
• Understand labor agreements and maintain positive labor relations.
• Implement health, safety, and security initiatives, ensuring adherence to company rules and policies.
• Provide orientation, information, technology, and materials necessary for employees and Lead Hands to perform their jobs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One (1) year or more experience in transportation, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred.
• Zero to one (1) year of direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Warehouse leadership experience and experience with automation/robotics preferred.

Pay

Annual salary range: $65,000–$70,000.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–11:00 PM.
