Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations to ensure materials and products are delivered safely, accurately, and on time
• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse team members while supporting performance management and workforce planning activities
• Monitor inventory accuracy, coordinate cycle counts, and support annual inventory activities to maintain reliable stock levels
• Drive key performance indicators (KPIs), identify improvement opportunities, and support process optimization across warehouse operations
• Champion a safe work environment by promoting safety standards, investigating incidents, and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, transportation providers, and Human Resources to support operational and employee-related needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or related education is preferred
• Several years of experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics operations, including leadership responsibilities
• Experience working with inventory management, material handling equipment, and warehouse processes
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills and can effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills and enjoy developing and motivating others
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and can adapt to changing operational demands, including occasional overtime and travel
