Position Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and coach Warehouse Associates.
- Aid in resolving any customer or team-related issues.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (pick, load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store) and complete cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with company procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Previous experience in a leadership role.
- Experience operating a forklift.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs, occasionally up to 70 lbs.
- Must be able to frequently stand, twist, bend, and lift.
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal.
- Work effectively & efficiently independently or as part of a team.
- Physically capable & willing to operate a forklift (training provided).
- Proficient use of a computer.
