Warehouse Supervisor

Position Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee high-paced, safety-focused warehouse operations. You will manage daily activities of warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards, while optimizing processes and technology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse functions including selecting, loading, shipping, receiving, safety, sanitation, and product storage in various environments (freezer, perishable, grocery).
• Manage and mentor warehouse associates, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in fulfilling customer orders.
• Implement and oversee employee performance development plans, providing coaching and feedback to improve retention and relations.
• Maintain KPI targets such as safety, productivity, retention, and quality, conducting safety audits and investigations as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2-5 years of related warehouse experience, with supervisory or team lead experience managing 15+ staff preferred.
• Strong people management, dependability, and deadline orientation skills.
• Ability to move up to 60 lbs., stand and walk for extended periods.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems, voice recognition, inventory, and labor management is a plus.

Education

High school diploma or higher (Associate, Bachelor's, or GED).
