About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment, with a focus on labor planning, product flow, and inventory accuracy. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams to keep operations moving efficiently, safely, and on schedule. It also requires a hands-on leader who can support team development, address operational issues, and drive continuous improvement across the department.

Compensation
$300,000 – $500,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage labor and product flow to meet daily distribution requirements.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure accurate and timely movement of product.
- Maintain inventory control for accurate reporting and accountability.
- Provide training and support to strengthen team skills and evaluate performance.
- Optimize material usage and reduce wasteful practices in the department.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Respond to operational issues affecting product flow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or 7-10 years of leadership experience in distribution.
- 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a distribution environment or equivalent leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of AS400 and warehouse management systems.
- Experience with SQL, data analytics, and troubleshooting in automated facilities.
- Ability to adapt to various GUIs across multiple platforms.
