Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable leader to oversee night-shift warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise warehouse activities, manage delivery timelines, and lead a team to execute tasks and fulfill customer orders
• Coach, guide, and participate in training and evaluation of staff; provide feedback on personal and team goals
• Ensure tasks are completed with urgency while adhering to proper guidelines and standards
• Maintain product knowledge, including storage temperatures, and educate the team on food safety and quality control
• Actively maintain a clean and safe working environment; ensure facility equipment is properly maintained
• Enforce safety procedures and address unsafe situations immediately
• Communicate effectively with customers to assist in problem-solving
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and customize delivery requirements
• Suggest productivity improvements to optimize workflow
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional team members

Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to engage diverse communication styles
• Creative problem-solving and effective listening abilities
• Ability to manage expectations and provide proactive updates
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of management experience
• Must be able to work in an open warehouse environment with varying temperatures
• Ability to commute or relocate to Burlington, NJ 08016 before starting work (required)

Pay

$66,000 - $73,000 per year
